The Challenge:

Crimson Fly was approached by a high end bowling alley in Loudoun County preparing to open. They were in search of a logo, custom designed menus and marketing collateral as well as a plan to get the public excited about their opening. With a private room available, they wanted the venue to also be used for corporate events and private parties.

Our Solution:

The Crimson Fly team took the time to fully understand the vision and goals of the owners and set to work designing.  Working side by side with the owners, to ensure their needs were met and vision realized, an eye catching logo, beautifully laid out menu and a plethora of rack cards and table tents were designed. Additionally, ads were placed in local print publications to start the buzz about the latest entertainment complex opening while accounts on multiple social media platforms were created to help build brand awareness.

A LinkedIn Campaign was designed to reach out to local HR managers and invite them in to see the facility, taste the food and enjoy the venue on a personal level. Specially designed invitations were trackable so we were able to pinpoint the campaigns success and adjust it as needed.

The Results:

The venue’s Grand Opening was deemed a success as the venue was filled to capacity for the event and months to follow. We continued working closely with the owners to revise ads, posts and continue growing their brand awareness. The venues success led to their ability to increase the square footage of their facility and add additional venue amenities for their patrons.
